The Network will consider putting into place a vetting / compliance scheme at some point in the future, but currently it is not considered a priority. In fact, by requiring the members to sign up for the Working Standards document, and giving them positive ongoing support, we believe that members will work to the highest standards anyway.
The PTN will, however, investigate any complaint made against one of its members by a customer.
